THINGS YOU NEVER KNEW YOUR CELLPHONE COULD DO
Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for
survival. Check out the things that you can do with it: -
EMERGENCY
The Emergency Number worldwide for **Mobile** is 112 If you find yourself
out of coverage area of your mobile network and there is an emergency,
dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the
emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112 can be dialed
even if the keypad is locked.
**Try it out.**
Have you locked your keys in the car? Does you car have
remote keys?
This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call
someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone.
Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person
at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on
their end. Your car will unlock.
Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you.. Distance is no object.
You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has
the other "remote" for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
Hidden Battery power
Imagine your cell battery is very low , you are expecting an important call and you
don't have a charger.Nokia instrument comes with a reserve battery.
To activate, press the keys
*3370#
Your cell will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show
a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will get charged when you
charge your cell next time.
How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?
To check your Mobile phone's serial number, key in the following digits
on your phone:
* # 0 6 #
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your
handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. when your phone get
stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They
will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the
SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.
You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever
stole it can't use/sell it either.
Be care while using your mobile phone
When you try to call someone through mobile phone, don't put your mobile closer
to your ears until the recipient answers.
Because directly after dialing, the mobile phone would use it's maximum
signaling power, which is: 2watts = 33dbi
Please Be Careful, Message as received (Save your brain)
Please use left ear while using cell (mobile), because if you use the right one
it will affect brain directly.
This is a true fact from Apollo medical team.
5s METHODOLOGY
Phase 1 - Sorting: Go through all tools, materials, etc., in the plant and work area. Keep only essential items. Everything else is stored or discarded.
Phase 2 - Straightening or Setting in Order: There should be a place for everything and everything should be in its place. The place for each item should be clearly labeled or demarcated. Items should be arranged in a manner that promotes efficient work flow. Workers should not have to repetitively bend to access materials. Each tool, part, supply, piece of equipment, etc. should be kept close to where it will be used (i.e. straighten the flow path). Seiton is one of the features that distinguishes 5S from "standardized cleanup".
Phase 3 - Sweeping or Shining or Cleanliness (Systematic Cleaning): Keep the workplace clean as well as neat. At the end of each shift, clean the work area and be sure everything is restored to its place. This makes it easy to know what goes where and ensures that everything is where it belongs. A key point is that maintaining cleanliness should be part of the daily work - not an occasional activity initiated when things get too messy.
Phase 4 - Standardizing: Work practices should be consistent and standardized. Everyone should know exactly what his or her responsibilities are for adhering to the first 3 S's.
Phase 5 - Sustaining the discipline: Maintain and review standards. Once the previous 4 S's have been established, they become the new way to operate. Maintain focus on this new way and do not allow a gradual decline back to the old ways. While thinking about the new way, also be thinking about yet better ways. When an issue arises such as a suggested improvement, a new way of working, a new tool or a new output requirement, review the first 4 S's and make changes as appropriate.
A sixth phase, "Safety,"' 'is sometimes added. It is reasonable to assume that a properly planned and executed 5S program will inherently improve workplace safety, but some argue that explicitly including this sixth S ensures that workplace safety is given primary consideration.'
It is important to have continuous education about maintaining standards. When there are changes that affect the 5S program such as new equipment, new products or new work rules, it is essential to make changes in the standards and provide training. Companies embracing 5S often use posters and signs as a way of educating employees and maintaining standards

ATM MACHINE ALARM/ALERT SYSTEM
Dear All,
IF A THIEF FORCES YOU TO TAKE MONEY FROM THE ATM (WHICH IS BECOMING QUITE COMMON THESE DAYS), DO NOT ARGUE OR
RESIST, YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW WHAT HE OR SHE MIGHT DO TO YOU.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IS TO PUNCH YOUR PIN IN THE REVERSE, I.E IF YOUR PIN
IS 1254, YOU PUNCH 4521.
THE MOMENT YOU PUNCH IN THE REVERSE, THE MONEY WILL COME OUT BUT WILL BE
STUCK INTO THE MACHINE HALF WAY OUT AND IT WILL ALERT THE POLICE WITHOUT
THE NOTICE OF THE THIEF.
EVERY ATM HAS IT; IT IS SPECIALLY MADE TO SIGNIFY DANGER AND HELP.
NOT EVERYONE IS AWARE OF THIS.
90/10 Principle for Happy Life...
Health - Important Tips
Answer the phone by LEFT ear .
Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
Do not take pills with COOL water.
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS .
Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.
Forward this to those whom you CARE about!
It will change your life (at least the way you react to situations).
What is this principle?
90% of life is decided by how you react.
What does this mean?
We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us.
We cannot stop the car from breaking down. The plane will be late arriving, which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic.
We have no control over this 10%.
You determine the other 90%.
How?
By your reaction.
You cannot control a red light but you can control your reaction.
An example...
You are eating breakfast with your family. Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt. You have no control over what just happened.
What happens next will be determined by how you react.
You curse. You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over.
She breaks down in tears. After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize her for placing the cup too close to the edge of the table.
A short verbal battle follows. You storm upstairs and change your shirt.
Back downstairs, you find your daughter has been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get ready for school.
She misses the bus.
Your spouse must leave immediately for work. You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you are late, you drive 40 miles an hour in a 30 mph speed limit zone.
After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye.
After arriving at the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has started terrible. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. You look forward to coming home.
When you arrive home, you find small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter.
Why? …. Because of how you reacted in the morning.
Why did you have a bad day?
A) Did the coffee cause it?
B) Did your daughter cause it?
C) Did the policeman cause it?
D) Did you cause it?
The answer is "D".
You had no control over what happened with the coffee.
How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day.
Here is what could have and should have happened.
Coffee splashes over you.
Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say, "Its OK honey, you just need to be more careful next time".
Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs. After changing a new shirt and picking your briefcase, you come back down in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus.
She turns and waves.
You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff.
Your boss comments on how good the day you are having.
Notice the difference?
Two different scenarios. Both started the same way but ended differently.
Why? Because the way you REACTED.
You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens.
The other 90% was determined by your reaction.
Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle.
If someone says something negative about you, don't be a sponge.
Let the attack roll off like water on glass. You don't have to let the negative comment affect you!
React properly and it will not ruin your day.
A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, getting stressed out etc.
How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic?
Do you lose your temper? Pound on the steering wheel? Do you curse?
Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you try and bump them?
Who cares if you arrive ten seconds later at work? Why let traffic ruin your day?
Remember the 90/10 principle, and do not worry about it.
You are told you lost your job. Why lose sleep and get irritated?
Remember things will work out. Use your worrying energy and time into finding another job.
The plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day.
Why take out the frustration on the flight attendant? She has no control over what is going on.
Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger. Why get stressed out? It will just make things worse.
Now you know the 90-10 principle.
Apply it and you will be amazed at the results. You will lose nothing if you try it. The 90-10 principle is incredible. Very few know and apply this principle.
The result?
Millions of people are relieved from undeserved stress, trials, problems and heartache. We all must understand and apply the 90/10 principle.
Happy Week End

What are the Alternatives to Google Adsense?
Google AdSense is the current leader in content-sensitive web-based marketing. By placing Google AdSense JavaScript code on their web pages webmasters allow Google's AdSense servers to show advertisements (Google Adwords) based upon the content of the web page. You can find some suggestions on optimizing ad layouts here. An unofficial list of high paying keywords is here. The left hand side of this page shows an example of a Clicksor skyscraper displaying a text or image ad.
Google's terms and conditions are such that some web publishers cannot use adsense adverts on their sites. Either they are not accepted into the Google AdSense program, or in a situation that is becoming increasingly more common do not wish to do business with Google. Has your adsense account been disabled? Then try these alternatives.
For those web publishers, there are many alternatives to Google AdSense a number of which are described below. If you are an advertiser then here is a list of the top 10 alternatives to adwords.
A number of publishers also find that Google does not have a wide enough selection of adverts that match the content of their site thus Google often displays public service ads (PSA) for which the CPC rate is zero. An alternative to PSAs is to specify an alternetive ad house whose adverts are displayed when Google would normally show a PSA. This increases the overall revenue your site can generate. You do this by specifying the keyword google_alternate_ad_url in the adsense java script and then direct it to your alternative ad provider.

The photographer is from Oahu ; he is gaining International fame.
He's a surfer and often gets wiped out getting the shots.
And you can see why!
These incredible images of waves were taken by the
