NUMERICAL DIGITS---WHY ONE IS ONE and TWO IS TWO?

With this post I come to the end of my 'mail-forward blogs'---of course it is one of the mail forwards from a friend----I know there is a resentment against such 'copy- paste' but I couldn't help it. There were some 150 such mails----some of them were really informative and knowledge imparting so over the last 12-15 days, I had been screening them and posting them as blogs. I have today cleared my mail box.It is an informative mail----atleast I didn't know this----if some of you knew it------ good enough-----skip this and go for better things.
